All sales are final. Due to the digital nature and immediate delivery of our lifetime dynamic QR code service, we do not offer refunds for completed purchases, except in the circumstances outlined below.

When you purchase a lifetime dynamic QR code, you receive immediate access to:

  • Full ownership and control of the QR code
  • The ability to edit the destination URL at any time
  • Analytics and tracking features

3. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

3.1 Duplicate Charges

If you are charged multiple times for a single purchase due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charges. Please contact us at support@ownqrcode.com with your transaction details.

3.2 Service Unavailability

If our service becomes permanently unavailable within 30 days of your purchase and we are unable to provide the service you paid for, we will offer a full refund. This does not apply to temporary outages or maintenance periods.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions
