OwnQR offers lifetime dynamic QR codes as a one-time purchase product. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for purchases made through our service.
2. General Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature and immediate delivery of our lifetime dynamic QR code service, we do not offer refunds for completed purchases, except in the circumstances outlined below.
When you purchase a lifetime dynamic QR code, you receive immediate access to:

- Full ownership and control of the QR code
- The ability to edit the destination URL at any time
- Analytics and tracking features
- 5 AI art generation credits (bonus)
3. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
3.1 Duplicate Charges
If you are charged multiple times for a single purchase due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charges. Please contact us at support@ownqrcode.com with your transaction details.
3.2 Service Unavailability
If our service becomes permanently unavailable within 30 days of your purchase and we are unable to provide the service you paid for, we will offer a full refund. This does not apply to temporary outages or maintenance periods.
3.3 Fraudulent Transactions
If your payment was made fraudulently (unauthorized use of your payment method), please contact your bank or payment provider immediately. We will cooperate with any investigation and may issue a refund if the transaction is confirmed to be fraudulent.

Our free static QR code generation service is provided "as-is" without warranty. No refunds apply to free services, as no payment is required.
